I bought this belt to replace one I had earlier with the exact same design but this one is clearly built with inferior materials. The previous one I bought in a store (don't know who manufactured it, sorry) had slightly thicker and much stronger chrome belt holes and the leather was obviously thicker than this one, too. I sort of expected this would happen before I made the purchase for this belt but Amazon was the last place I could find with this look so I took a gamble any way.This belt looks and feels fake and cheap to the touch. Before I even put it in I knew by looking at it that it wouldn't last long. However, it does hold my pants up and that has to count for something so I gave it a very generous 2 star rating. If you're looking for a belt with some lasting power, go with a different one than this.OK, maybe I'm getting picky, and fat. I don't mind the kind of greasy leather - it will break in. But, go up a couple extra sizes, then maybe another. These run very small.Began splitting right after I started wearing it.Very cool belt! Constructed well and the grommets add a nice and "hip" touch. Looks good with jeans. Has a nice, leather feel and is not cheaply made or feels cheap. Great belt!I bought this for my boyfrined and it is already falling apart!! Find a real leather belt, it might last longer then a month!!The size isn't right. It feels like a cheap belt too. Disappointed in this purchase, wish I had gone with something else.Like the belt. It threads right through the belt loups with no problem. Really like this belt.
