Easy to put together and looks great. Every animal took turns on it, haha!Perfect size for out Great Dane, Hammond, (131lbs) who often likes to curl up and be *cozy*. He has a couple of bigger beds than this that he can really stretch out on, but like cats I think he likes being a bit squished in?? He definitely LOVES the bolsters!! As a wise man once said... "If I fits, I sits."Sometimes you just need to rest your head. This is a perfect dog bed for my comfort retriever (35lbs). She loves the back support to snuggle up to or rest her head on. You know you’ve found the perfect bed when they would rather lay in their bed then be with everyone else. The color is a perfect shade.For some reason, my dog doesn't like this couch. He prefers the fluffy donut ones over this. I've noticed that the memory foam is more stiff so that might be one reason. He sleeps in his crate most of the time so the fluffy or round dog beds don’t work well for his crate. This dog mat is shaped like his dog crate so I can slide it right in. It's very rectangle and works well with his crate.I don’t like him sleeping right on the floor of the crate and blankets don’t stay in place because he likes to “dig” the blankets up. This foam dog mat provides him comfort and cushion.⛵⚓Seas the Day⚓⛵Holds up well enough for our small dog.This dog bed comes rolled up in a vacuum sealed bag so you’ll want to let it sit out for a little bit to puff back up before you try putting the bed together. It comes with an instruction sheet that says you should put one side in first, then the back, the other side, and finally the bottom mat. The first time we did it backwards and put the mat in first because if you put the sides in first it’s harder to put the mat in.There are pockets for the two side cushions but there isn’t one for the “back” side of the couch which is probably the issue. When we zipped it up the back cushion won’t stay in place and is saggy as you can see in photo 1. We plumped it up a little more and made sure the white sheet inside was underneath the back pillow and it got a little better as you can see in the 2nd photo.Finally in the 3rd photo you can see that it’s definitely dog approved! He has been rolling around in it since we got it out together.The fabric is really nice material and I’m glad that everything is washable. The memory foam pad is pretty thick and the bed seems comfy to lay on. The side cushions are literally my only complaint and it’s not the end of the worldI have working line German Shepherds. I've had some that require a really thick chew proof bed... this is certainly not that. However my current 3 don't tear up beds, so this should be fine and the material is about standard thickness. It was easier to put together than many others as you don't have to shove the arms and back into holes, but instead you zip them in... much more convenient. After you get the arms and back in then you put the egg foam cushion in and zip a different zipper. The egg foam cushion is not particularly thick and if you know anything about it, when you add pressure, such as stepping on it or laying on it then it sinks in and lowers. So ultimately this padding of this is not dense at all. It's better than my dogs laying on the floor in the kitchen where I have it, but the previous dog bed I had in that location had a much denser pad that didn't flatten to the floor when you push on it. I think this will be sufficient though.What I like most about it is the looks. My kitchen has a lot of grays and black farmhouse checkered patterns. This bed looks great with it. And, 2 of my dogs are black and the dog hair should show up much less on this bed than the previous cream colored one... not to mention the muddy paw prints. Overall I'm happy with it. The only bad thing (for a non-destructive dog) is that it just doesn't offer firm dense padding underneath. It also doesn't have an water resistant protection from getting on the inside foam if you have a dog with bladder issues... fortunately I don't at this time but often with age they can have them.I ordered the X-Large couch and it's a nice size for my German Shepherds. It says it is 44" x 34."Super soft and comfortable dog bed! The instant I put this on the floor, both of my boys jumped right in! The bed itself is super comfortable and soft and I wish I had one for myself haha! It is very durable and he loves to bite and pull on the shaggy fabric and it has held up well so far with no tears.
