While investigating the death of his best friend, customs agent, Cliff Holden becomes entangled in a convoluted web of jewel smuggling and murder. The trail leads to Dutch beauty Kathe van Bourne, who turns to Holden for help when she finds the body of her fiance. C-Man Holden encounters copious corpses, fist-fighting fiends and sleazy seductresses in his quest for the murderer. John Carradine adds another notable performance to his resume as the drunken Dr. Spencer, even if the role is minimal.
