Iron Man 3: Heroes Fall Official Movie Soundtrack CD | Marvel Superhero Film Music Score | Perfect for Movie Nights & Marvel Fan Collections

I have to say I really love this soundtrack. I say that as an Iron Man fan, but not a super-obsessed fan or anything. I don't have the previous two soundtracks, and I don't routinely buy soundtracks. But when I saw the movie again recently I found myself really enjoying the music, and when the main credits came on at the end (the "Can You Dig It" track) I was just having a blast. The theme is really found constantly throughout the film/soundtrack...which you might think would get dull?...but which doesn't, at least to me. Certainly it's there in many variations, in one track even with a slight jingle-bell-y Christmas feel ("New Beginnings," which I'm also quite fond of). If you like the main theme, then, I imagine you'll like the whole disk. The "Battle Finale" track is lots of fun (also uses the theme). For me without a doubt the best track is "Can You Dig It" -- I can't count how many times I've been struggling to keep the energy up at the end of a long workday and played this track at my computer and low and behold there's the energy! The end credits and flashback clips with this song in the movie is fabulous too and really helps the movie end on a punchy high note...kind of like my work day. Even without exploding Iron Man suits. Oh yeah, I can dig it.
