We give thanks to God for His guidance upon our journey, and to Saint Peter Claver for his inspiration in our music. We remember the souls who were stolen from their homes in Africa and brought to South America where they were enslaved without ever seeing their friends and families again. We offer our music to honor their voices. We are thankful for the leadership and support of our Pastor, Father Livinus Uba. A special thanks to Barry D. Beeker, the design artist for our CD, for his vision beyond the eyesight that he no longer possesses. We are grateful to our producer, Steve Riley, for his creativity and understanding, and for his intuitive lead guitar on 'Till He Comes.' The Saint Peter Claver Music Ministry is a small group of musicians who attend Mass each Sunday at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Huntington, WV. When approached about recording a CD, much discussion and prayer lead to the final decision that we should do it, not in hopes of making money or becoming 'rock stars,' but instead it was a decision based on our desire to share with anyone who will listen, the gift of our music ministry that has blessed our parish for years.
