This is the book that turned me onto Walter and Lao Russell. I could not put it down. Walter Russell is no longer living. But, he left an incredible legacy of sculptures, writings, photographs, buildings and wisdom. Walter Cronkite described him as the "Leonardo Da Vinci" of our generation when he reported his death in 1963. Based on what I have read, I would agree. He was an extraordinary man. I have now spent time to research him further. I found his home study course and purchased it. I am at the beginning and am taking my time to read it slowly and carefully. I only wish the University in Waynesboro, VA that he and his wife Lao founded was still open. I would love to see the "Four Freedoms" and Mark Twain and FDR and other sculptures. So, prepare to be amazed and inspired by this great man.
