I wish I had read the other reviews first.. my experience was identical to others'. I bought this for the Rubble balloon. Unfortunately when I took the balloons to get filled with helium, the Rubble balloon wouldn't float. So they emptied the balloon and tried again. This time it ripped along the seams. The other balloons were fine.The Rubble balloon was a major bummer. Thankfully, though, my 3 y.o. couldn't have cared less. We taped Rubble to the wall and the birthday boy was SO happy. Plus, the other balloons worked as planned so he was just excited to have some helium balloons at his party.It wasn't a total bust. But if you're looking for something to make your own Paw Patrol balloon bouquet, I would look elsewhere.
