I tend to be more curious about the music and how it was created than about the personal life of the man himself. In both categories, though, this book disappoints. I have no idea what qualifies Moraghan to write about music -- literally: there is no "about the author" information included. In terms of musical insight: let's just say he gets the time signature of the opening of "Tubular Bells" wrong and leave it at that. There are internal contradictions in the book: he describes the album "Discovery" as a "return to form" then writes that only one song works. Moreover, despite being published in 2006, it stops with "Tubular Bells II" -- which came out in 1992.Add to this the unpleasant design of the book and poor proofreading ... it's just not worth your time.
