My Yorkie is super small. 2 lbs. She is 15 weeks old. I bought the small bag after looking at the reviews. I don’t like carrying (big) purses BUT I needed a way that I could take her every where with me and no one know she’s with me regardless of being pet-friendly. As long as I use the buckle, she doesn’t get out. She’s too little to be effective like other dogs so know your dogs temperament. I do believe if she was more aggressive she could get out if she wanted but instead she is chill. I recommend a blanket or extra padding. It’s definitely designed for easy cleanup not comfortability. Her regular bed is super soft and I will be adding a blanket to make it more comfortable in this bag. I add chew toys and as you can see she has room. If she’s comfortable in there, it’s less likely she will cry if I have to sit her in it while I handle somethingI have taken her everywhere with me since. Walmart, grocery stores, malls, even to the massage therapist. Nobody knows!!!! The small is smaller than the typical carrier. It’s a structured purse. I think the large would feel like luggage for me instead of a purse. A little dog like my Coco has enough room in a small and I feel comfortable carrying it with me by hand or in my elbow. Very light.I also drive with her in the carrier with the lid open. She will crowd me when I’m driving by trying to sit in my lap or seat next to me. When she is in this, she sleeps in it comfortably during the entire drive.It seems very sturdy I can’t wait to start using it on a regular basis .I had another one that I used and the Sides with close in on her when you pick her up ,this one does not.She seems very comfortable in it ,no anxiety at all. Very happy with it ! ?????My dog is 5 pounds and I started to get the small but I’m glad I got the large because she can stand up in it and she seems very comfortable .Ok so I bought the large one after reading the reviews. NEVER listening to a lot of reviews again… so many ppl said that the small was too small for their tiny puppy that only weighed 4 lbs…. So I bought the big one. I even measured everything thinking that all would be great…. NO… so the large IS too large for MY 4lb yorkie who is 2 1/2 yrs old. So idk about their 4lb dog but my 4lb yorkie fits great!!! My daughter ordered me a small and she fits In there PERFECTLY!!! She can lay down and still have room to move. I also LOVE the look of this bag!! I went to Walmart today and got SO many comments and compliments on both my pup and the bag. Love love love the bag!!!! Also I carry her on my forearm and it’s absolutely comfortable and stylish!!! I put a little blanket in there and she loves it, had a hard time getting her out! Lol I will post pics tomorrow.I have a 5 lb yorkie, and bought the smaller version… it was too tight ! She had 0 room to move around, do it scared her.This larger size is roomy . I could throw in her toy/blanket & my water bottle !The side pocket fits my cell & keys & a credit card.Well made! Love it!xoxoI absolutely love this bag. It came with strong smell but it went away after I wiped it with damp cloth and air dry it outside. My puppy doesn’t mind staying in it because it has window for air circulation and she can still see outside. The bottom liner has cushion so it’s comfortable enough. It’s so stylish too. Absolutely recommend this item.Oh my goodness! I absolutely love this bag! I have a 4lb Yorkie and she just loves it! There is plenty of room to wiggle as well.So cute and very fashionable for our little designer baby. Easy to clean and we got tons of compliments when she went to the fair!Love the design and the look, but the bag has a really bad chemical smell, suffocating, afraid to put my dog in the bag, letting it air out in the sun with alcohol and vinegar wipe downs. It’s been two weeks and you can still smell it inside. Hopefully this will go away in a month. Would not be an issue if bag is used for storage but worried about health of my dog being inside inhaling all the chemical volatile vaporsI really love this bag and I'm going to look into purchasing the larger version as this one is too small for my two bunnies but I have to say this is very well made and extremely beautiful and unfortunately I forgot to take pictures before I wrapped it up. I love it. Customer service was great and it arrived before expected. It does a bit of a smell but it's not too bad, it will air out. All around well made bag.
