We love this collar. First off it is very durable and easy to take on and off. We have a rottweiler with a thick neck and we have used this collar at each size. After months of use, it still looks exactly the same. This collar has a handle so you are able to grab the dog by the collar if need be, it also has a way to velcro the handle down for safety. You can attach patches using the velcro if you have one. We use a halti with this collar on walks and it works well with the halti. This collar is trustworthy, durable, easy to use, and I believe comfortable for our dog as well. The leash goes with it very well. I love the leash as it has a a spring to it in case the dog pulls, and it has another handle towards the collar that is useful for puppies and pullers as well!!This collar is by far my favorite for my dog. This is my second one, my first one I got from some other company but the same type tactical looking collar with a handle. I wanted to get hot pink my dog and so I saw this great price and decided to try it. It is the exact same type I had ordered previous for half the price. The handle is super useful because I have a big lab and he can be really strong at times and this helps me keep a handle on him, especially when we’re walking and he’s really wanting to run towards a nearby dog. It also has velcro for velcro patches and I’ve used that for his name tag and my phone number. The hot pink is really hot pink and it’s awesome and hasn’t faded!You bought this caller recently for a stray dog that we currently have and are waiting to be claimed. I thought it was goofy to get the handle but I thought you never know maybe it'll make it easier to help hold her back if I need to. We have lived in our current home for about 10 months and none of our dogs have ever fallen in the pool and one night I could hear this weird cry outside and she had. Because of the handle, I was able to very quickly and easily get her out and never felt like the collar would give. I've never been so grateful for something so seemingly insignificant. Whether this review is really about this particular collar or collars in general, I'm just grateful for its high quality and durability.I love this collar and leash combo for my black lab!! It is sturdy, (mostly) good quality, and a great color!! The buckle is very, very sturdy plus Velcro adds extra hold to make sure it all stays secure. My only complaints would be that my dog sheds a freaking ton and his hair sticks to the material on the inside of the collar way too much and because of all all the Velcro, it gets “stringy” quite often and I need to snip off the strings every once and awhile. But, those are both moreso appearance problems, but functionally I love it!!Took a second to figure out how the collar was put together. It has lots of size adjustment settings- I think it could have fit my dog until she is full grown.The color I chose made the collar look very old very fast. My dogs are rough housers and will wrestle and roll in the dirt- so that was a bad choice in my part lol. All in all great sturdy collar.Love the leash. The shock when a dog yanks real fast ( my girl I’ve only had for about a month- she’s 8 months old and had never been on a leash before) I think is beneficial to her neck and definitely helpful for my wrists.Completely recommend it if this is something that pleases your aesthetic. Maybe go for a different color if your dog is like mine lolI have a rather, crazy extremely energetic dog. I have purchased a couple of collars but this is by far the best collar I have ever purchased. Durable material and great color. I purchased pink (it is very pink) and green (military green). I would recommend this product!The collar leash are both made pretty well, I put it on my German Shepard and so far so good on this combo. Now your probably asking why I put 4 stars instead of 5 the reason is because though it is very strong and well made the material the collar is made of is already fraying, I don’t see this being a long term collar by the looks of it. The leash so far has no issues though.I was surprised by the quality of the clip. It’s a sturdy metal. The Velcro part seems a little flimsy but so far it’s held my 88 lb Anatolian on his lead run.
