This book is amazing! It is aimed towards single women, but is full of scriptural truths that will benefit the man in the relationship as well, and really, many of the points Cintia makes are also applicable to other situations where it is important to seek guidance from the Word and from mentors/pastors, and to trust in God above ourselves.Cintia clearly understands the difficulty, struggle, and loneliness from waiting on a man of God when it seems like God has forgotten you. She explains why it is important to wait on God for His timing, rather than taking things into our own hands. The book clarifies how a Biblical relationship is designed with specific roles (not better or more important than the other), which can get fuzzy in a time where roles are reversed and submission has become a bad word. She provides specific Bible verses throughout the entire book, setting this apart from other books that just give the author's opinion. This is all backed up with the Word.Cintia was kind enough to come and speak to my book club and it is clear that she has a heart for single women.I found this book to be extremely encouraging, with a lot of important truths that I am already applying to my path. I really believe that every single woman (and man) could benefit from reading this book.
