I've heard this duo's work before, but this was the first album I bought from them, and it was fantastic. Most of the songs are upbeat and clearly just fun songs, such as 'Boot Scootin' Boogie' and 'Cool Drink of Water', whereas others, like 'Brand New Man' are still upbeat, but tell a bit more of a story. 'Neon Moon' and 'Still in Love with You' are the two slow, sad songs and they are so heartfelt you can really feel the singer's pain. There is also a good mix of songs sung by Ronnie and those sung by Kix, and it's fun to hear both vocalists, since you usually just get Ronnie for the singles. Great album, and the track listings flow very well from one song to the next.
