This is a really fun, retro album. What I love about it is that it is in no way contrived. Its not a compilation that some record company cooked up to appeal to people who like the whole Space Age scene. This is a perfect re-issue of an album from the late 1950s. I believe it was a recording put together for some World's Fair or something like that. It's also great because its a snap shot of what people back then figured they would encounter in the future in terms of technology, leisure, and lifestyles.Its a bit of a rare find, this one.
