Does not cover the trigger and pouch doesn't look like it works for speed loaderBought this holster for s&w governor and works great, easy on and off. Carry all day with binoculars over top.I thought I ordered the one with loops and pouch, but the one I got was just the loops. Checked order. Was my fault. Will keep this one. Fits my revolver and my semiauto.Love this holster. Perfect for hiking, scouting & hunting. I bought to carry my .44 mag as a backup in hog and bear country. Carries nicely and quick to draw. Only one thing about drawing the pistol is that my Taurus can get hung on the rear site while drawing but I figured out if I draw in a J like motion it never hangs. That's minor, other than that the holster in superb..I was skeptical if the SW Gov would fit or not, but based upon the specs provided, I felt confident it would. It fit perfectly! Now for the next challenge: getting the holster to fit my fat butt! It fit that too! It even has space for extra ammo. The snake-charmer has a new home! A great product with real flexibility. I simply cannot recommend this product enough.I have looked for an appropriate holster for my 44 mag. for a while, I tried two others but they were not what I was looking for. The first thing I noticed was that this holster has plenty of adjustable straps to ensure your weapon is carried and you are able to draw your weapon quickly. The holster is put together very well, I think I will have this holster for a long time.The holster is well constructed and fit my Smith & Wesson Governor like a glove. The added pouch and Velcro flap protected ammo carrier is a great plus to this rig. I highly recommend this holster for outdoor use and easy access to your weapon when needed.I’ve only checked this holster for fit on my 629, like a glove.
