DESCRIPTION
2009 debut album from the British Nu-Disco vocalist. In the past you might have heard Shena singing on dance hits like 'The Weekend', 'Watch Out' and 'Guilty', or doing backing vocals for numerous stars including James Brown, Luther Vandross, Chaka Khan and Amy Winehouse. However, after years of making other artists sound good, 2009 is her year to seize the limelight. 12 tracks including 'Where Can I Hide', 'Nasty Little Rumour', 'One Man Woman' and more. No Prisoner.

If the singles are anything to go by, this should be a good - and timely - artist album. You may already know the vocals of Shena Winchester (née McSween) from such classic floorfillers as Nothing I Won't Do (JX), Guilty (De Souza), I'll Be Waiting and Your Day Is Coming (Full Intention), The Weekend (Michael Gray), and solo cuts such as More Than Woman and Electrosexual. She's the UK's disco Dionne Warwick (or something), without trying to take away from the uniqueness of her vocal style ;0) Good luck with this project, Shena - it's a tough business and no one deserves solo success more than you...But could Amazon please note: Shena Ringo is an entirely different singer. Thanks.
