This stuff has a kick but it’s delicious.This one is going into my usual rotation. It is smokey, spicy, and tangy.I only wish they'd make an extra hot version. Two thumbs up.I love this hot sauce. This is one of my new favorites. It's my go to for eggs or meat or to go on nachos to add a little heat. It can go on anything really. Perfect amount of heat.Opened on Thursday & halfway through it by Saturday. Had it on raw oysters, fried chicken, pizza, tacos, kabobs. So delicious, you’ll forget it’s spicy until after all the food is gone and you realize your whole mouth is on fire.Will buy again 100%!I've seen this sauce mentioned so many times in various heat seaker forums on FB and Reddit...so I had to give it a shot. Right now I can tell you it's my favorite hot sauce. It has FLAVOR and not just blinding heat. Anybody can make a hot sauce that's too hot to eat, but that's not the point of a hot sauce. A good sauce is one that elevates what you're eating, and doesn't make it "Inedible". This isn't the hottest sauce around but it does pack a tasty punch.I was given Char man as a gift with 4 other hot sauces and this one is easily the best. It has a lot of heat, but still has a nice fruit underneath.This would be killer on a steak, alfredo or a south contenant dish / anything you want some smoke, heat and flavor on it. It's Really is a universal sauce kind of like sriracha sauce is but more meaty / summer BBQ cilantro type sauce.Shame on me! I did not realize that it is only a 5 oz. bottle. As far as I'm concerned, this is over-priced. I have purchased the product locally in Ojai before and it was a larger bottle, which I assumed was the same size I was purchasing online. I LOVE the product! However, I will not be buying 5 oz. bottles again.Flavor is good, heat is good, not outrageous, just not quite the amazing wow fruit flavor some of these reviews suggest
