That's because the spray bottle on top is for appearance only. It's totally non-functional.How you're actually supposed to apply it is by totally beheading the bottle to get to the plastic perfume dabber that you then brush on yourself and reseal with the cap.I wasted my money...prangt in großen Lettern auf der Verpackungsrückseite. Hier werden Pröbchen als vollwertige Kosmetika verkauft. Übrigens durch Amazon und nicht durch Dritthändler, was das ganze noch erstaunlicher macht.
