Hispar Mens DECENT DRESSAGE BOOTS without back zipper are made for the dressage Rider. Hand-crafted by master boot makers, perfect for the show. Made with Premiar genuine leather, fully leather lined with back stiffener and reinforced outer leg for a sturdy, elegant look. Softer inside allows legs for a closer feel. Shaft has a slight forward angle to accommodate the riding leg position - thus greatly extending the life of the boots.

These are knee high tall boots without back zipper and only for skinny and muscular legs. If you have heavy & bulky legs with high arch foot, it will not fit you

Ordered a brown and black pair at the same time. The boots are made in Pakistan with quality leather and good stitching. The boot pull straps are set too far down in the boot, requiring me to purchase longer boot pulls. The black pair fit nicely, the brown pair was too small in the ankle to fit the foot through without tremendous force (as in, I bench 220 lbs and it took all my strength to get my foot past the ankle of the boot). This is a common problem with boots made by people who have smaller feet than the size they are making. I will heat & oil the ankle area in an attempt to stretch it, but it's a shame it didn't come just a little bit larger, and the fact that the black boot showed up fine tells me it's the worker (and quality control), not the design of the product.
