My review is based only on assembly as of right now. I will edit once installed. There aren't a thousand pieces to assemble which is nice. The instructions are easy to understand for the stand itself which is also nice. The tie down straps are confusing and not very clear on the instructions but easy enough to figure out. The padded pieces for the back rail and shooting rail fit loose and don't seem to be capable of adding comfort by design. A pool noodle will probably work for that. For the price, I won't complain but wanted to point that out to be as fair as possible.I read in previous reviews, there were a lot of complaints on the holes not lining up. The manufacturer must have addressed this issue because everything lined up nicely on mine. The frame seems well made and the powder coat is nicely done. The seat cover is a little thin, it's still comfortable but secures easily to the seat frame with convenient buckle/straps. You can pad that up if you wanted to, I will simply put a couple of towels between the seat cushion and seat frame, easy fix. I feel very comfortable that this stand will be safe and will easily secure to a tree. The straps for the rest of the stand will be easy to install.Overall, I'm happy with the stand so far. It went together very well and I'm confident I will get many safe years of use out of it. The manufacturer included 2 safety harnesses which was extremely nice and well thought out. The stand is not terribly heavy. My son and I will take it to my hunting area in 2 sections. The main seating area which we already assembled and then the ladder. This also makes it easy to transport in a truck and it prevents full assembly in the field. This way, all we have to do is install 2 bolts, the pins and straps.....ready to attach to a tree. Also, it arrived early.
