Update- after contacting the seller and receiving a discount for the damages I am satisfied! Very prompt and adequate response. I do not like the bottom wire rack. The door latches are flimsy. But it is a very sturdy crate. I do like the removable tray as it is now the bottom where my dog lays.I got 2 of these kennels to house 2 very naughty dogs when they’re alone. They ate through everything. Destroyed every single kennel I’ve ever gotten including airport kennels by pushing through the front door. If I would have just bought these to begin with, I would’ve saved a ton. If my review helps any, if you’re wondering if these will do- they will. I got this for a un neutered Male German Shep and a very strong Pittbull that has extreme anxiety when I leave. They’re 2 & 4. I use to come home to my house destroyed and now I don’t. Worth the money for all the pain and suffering you could endure without them. Trust me :)One of our Cane Corso puppies made a pile of rubbish out of his flimsy standard crate, so we purchased the Otaid Heavy Duty Crate. It does the job wonderfully of keeping him contained safely when needed. He cannot escape this one and can’t seem to unlock it either (we’ve watched him try). I put our master escape artist Boxer in it (he’s escaped every crate we’ve ever had) to see if that smarty pants could figure it out. He tried for a while and then simply gave up and laid down.My ONLY complaint is that the wheel locking mechanism on two of 4 wheels doesn’t really prevent it from being moved around. I had to purchase disks used under the washer/dryer feet to keep it stationary for my 110 pound Cane Corso puppy (he’s still growing and isn’t quite 11 months old).My male german shepherd pup destroyed one of those crates from petsmart so I bought this one. Now it could be made a little easier to move to transport if you are traveling however as far as him being able to tear this one up like a petsmart crate is 100% difference. When i come home he begins rocking it so i would suggest putting something under the whees cause those “locks” on the wheels are a joke. He moves his crate all over my kitchen and dining area lol!!! Its hilarious to say the least. Most importantly, he hasnt been able to tear it up. I strongly recommend this crate!I bought this cage because my dog has destroyed many of the cheap wire cages I had previously bought. This cage has worked great for my storm anxiety dog. It’s the first cage that she hasn’t hated to go into and is very spacious for all 80 pounds of her. It is also very easy to assemble and disassemble which makes moving it pretty easy as well. When she warped a couple of the bars customer service was very fast to get back to me and help resolve the issue. I would recommend this cage to everyone with really anxious dogs that have been previously deemed escape artists, my dog has never been able to escape this cage.The only caution I have is to make sure the wired bottom stays secure as the can come lose when jumping in and out and feet can get wedged in.Does the job for sure, but annoying when locking the dog in the crate. Need two hands for sure because it is not aligned very well. Takes a little more time than it shouldEverything was great with the cage just wish it was much bigger. Met all me expectations outside of it being the wrong size. I have year and half Rottie and she didn’t fit the XL size we purchased.
